DC man Keith Allen fatally shot, police say – The Washington Post

A man was fatally shot Friday night in Northwest Washington, according to D.C. police.

Keith Allen, 40, of Northwest, was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds when police responded to a call at 11:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Fifth Street NW, three blocks east of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
